 Don't waste your money November 13, 2009

After installing this anti-virus on my computer it froze down all the programs and basically the computer itself. As they claim I attempted to contact the customer service which is suppoose to be 24/7. However little I knew they are located in Australlia. You have to e-mail them and wait for a call. Well it has been more than two months and what do you know NO CALL??? It is next to imposable to remove this program. My computer finally crashed and I lost every single thing on it. Please do your self a big favor DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

GREAT PRODUCT! Actually THE BEST Anti-Virus I have found. Has Norton beat hands down. Don't worry about it being an older version. AVG will upgrade for free. Does not slow down my computer and is not intrusive.

I've had a few programs (Norton, etc.) - AVG is doing the job with less bothersome pop ups, alerts, etc. Yes, I'm running just a bit slower when AVG is checking files, programs and downloads - but that was to be expected.
